Returns & Refunds Policy

At A Beautiful Match, we take great care in selecting, presenting and packaging our products. We hope you love your purchase.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, return conditions vary by item — please refer to the individual product listing for specific return information.

As a general guide:

Matchboxes & matches are non-returnable. However, if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

All other products (including candle holders and accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the information and provide further instructions where required.

Condition of Approved Returns

Due to the nature of our products, any approved return must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. This helps ensure the quality and presentation of our products for all customers.

Exchanges

A Beautiful Match does not offer exchanges.

Colour and Product Variations

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on individual screen settings, device displays and photography.

Minor variations in colour, printing, packaging, finish, materials or presentation are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund, return or exchange.

Sale and Promotional Items

Sale items, promotional items and gift-with-purchase offers are not eligible for refund, return or exchange except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
